He is very professional and easy going bloke with a calming influence which gives you the confidence to believe in yourself. Jay provided me with video materials and encouragement, and made it fun along the way. A massive thank you to Jay for helping me to pass my driving test. I would most definitely recommend him as he is very polite, friendly and very patient.

My experience with driving instructors was pretty abysmal and I was beginning to get downhearted about ever passing my test or even enjoying driving again, until I called Castle. My experience could not have been more different with jay from the moment I picked up the phone he was professional, good humoured and honest and my confidence showed in my driving. There are so many cowboys out there and I regret spending so much money on them. If I were learning to drive again I’d go straight to Jay and would highly recommend him to everyone.

After rushing a driving intensive course with another school and the frustration of having failed a few driving tests I was looking for a decent driving school that would be able to help. My wife passed with Jay many years ago and had a good experience so I thought I would try learning with him. My instructor jay not only helped me pass the driving test but through his patience, experience and genuine commitment to see me develop, he has enabled me to not only pass my test, but be a confident driver. I took weekly lessons with Jay for three months and am delighted with his instruction and guidance. He was flexible enough to fit my lessons in around my travel schedule for work, and managed to do most lessons within my lunch break. After having bad experiences with driving in my teens I put the thought of ever passing my test to the back of my mind, 10 years later I decided to give it another shot. Jay is an amazing instructor. I passed with him first time whilst I was still 17. I learnt how to drive with him whilst enjoying every second of it. I passed as a confident driver all thanks to jay. He’s a superb instructor and I loved learning with him.
